This course, proudly presented by the head chef, is filled with
the luxurious tastes of treasured delicacies from Fukuoka.
The course features seasonal autumn specialties harvested in Fukuoka Prefecture,
as well as Hakata Jidori (chicken), pike conger from the Buzen Sea,
and longtooth grouper brought directly from
the Kanezaki fishing port in Munakata City.
